ACME trip # 2 04/02/09

Cost $4.59!
Used the free ham coupon, the 2 free milk coupons, the $5 and $1 on your next order coupon which I had received this morning which brought our total even lower. When you calculate how much it cost and how much we got back in Catalina coupons, we had to make this trip. Received another $5 off next trip for the Post cereal, another $1 off next trip for the French's mustard, another 2 coupons for free gallons of milk (Kelloggs deal). It was a pretty good day. We are trying to keep costs low this month and eat from the pantry/freezer as much as possible and only buy necessities and sales that we just can't pass up. This will also push me to be more creative and make more from scratch.
Grocery total for the month so far: $39.08

ACME trip # 1 04/02/09

Cost $34.49
Received a $5 off next trip for the Post cereal, $1 off next trip for the French's mustard, 2 coupons for free gallons of milk (Kelloggs deal) and a coupon for free ham/turkey breast or lasagna.

KMart - 02/22/09

KMart was once again doubling coupons up to $2 this week in my area. There is a limit of 25 coupons per transaction so there was a total of 4 transactions done. Myself, my husband and we did this at 2 stores. It's very much worth it.

Retail $311.46 ($65.94 of that retail is diapers)
Paid $105.81 ($45.94 of that cost is diapers)

Works for me!
